iStoragePro R16 Rackmount SAS JBOD is equipped with high performance SAS expansion technology, designed with One MiniSAS 8088 cable connection to a Host controller RAID card, capable of providing high speed video storage. This efficient SAS interface setup provides cost effective solutions without compromising performance. The R16 SAS JBOD can be used with Apple Final Cut Pro® and Adobe® Premiere® Pro CS4 video editing software, and is compatible with video capture cards from AJA, Blackmagic Design, Bluefish444 & Matrox. When the R16 SAS JBOD is connected to a RAID Card, it can easily be configured as a RAID 0, 1, 5, 6,10 & JBOD, capaple of providing performance and fault-tolerance necessary to protect your video data. The R16 Rackmount SAS JBOD is designed for use with a PCI-Express RAID Card.
